Is there a way to get a flash video file into Window's Movie maker, so i can burn it!?

if you must know, the flash video is Rise of the Mushroom Kingdom, if anyone has gotter then on a disk, can you please tell me how?

only by converting it, windows media doesn't support that type of file in the first place, and it is a very difficult task if you plan to download flash vids off the internet ((through sites such as youtube)) if you are, then you will need this
