Who was jailed for a non voilent crime say such as using a fake SSN should these same people while jailed were considred model citizens shouldn't they get amnesty also. They have family who needs them to bring in income and food and deserve and want a better life This is only a comparsion. This is geared only to anyone in jail who use a fake SSN only. Nothing more or less. Please be civil and serious

I see if like this..Maybe this time it's using a fake SSn, next time it's burglary, then it's murder.. Whether it's immigrants or Citizens we have laws for a purpose..What would it be like if everyone drove like they wanted to or if everyone decided well I want a vacation or it's Christmas and I have no money so lets rob a bank...Look at these criminals who are in jail 20 years and get out and do it again. If I want to commit a crime and know that if I wait 10 years I wil never be charged..I will wait 10 years.. I am American born and raised..I live on $600 a month, I would like a better life..I would love to have a country that I can move to and work tax free and go to school free (without paying loans until my grandchilden are in college) but you know..nobody in the US has that choice...

No, someone using a fake SSN has most likely stolen a legal citizens number and has messed up that persons life any illegal person should be sent back if you have been here for ten years you should have already tried to do something about your illegal status
