Unfortunately, she needs to immigrate as soon as possible due to the situation there. She's in more danger as she's studying to be a doctor and is an intellectual. To go through a university system requires thousands of dollars which neither of us have. I want to do whatever it takes for her to leave the country as she's in danger. I'm unfamiliar with the process and I urgently need help! Thanks!

Marry her if you love her that much! Then she will be able to get out of that war zone. do it ASAP! It is really crazy there.

Hi. I would do two things: first contact a human rights organization that deals with the rights of women living under the oppression of Islam in muslim countries. There are several, and they can not only give you info but may be able to physically assist her in getting out safely. Google it.
Secondly, contact federal immigration in the U.S. - they have a government website. You can read the regulations for political asylum and even download some of the paperwork for immigration. You'll also find contact numbers.

get an immigration lawyer to help u get her a fiance visa .. thats the quickest way ... and im not sure how that will work with an iraqi citizen you'll have to find out if any special things apply to that ...
