I think it would depend on the reasons behind the U.S. and NK going to war. If we attack because we say they have nukes and no other reason, I don't think many people would be on our side (Iraq all over again), but then again I don't think anyone would help NK either, because people would be stupid to take NK's side in a physical fight with us. If they attacked us or an ally first, if they started test firing real nukes (not the fake fizzle they did earlier), or blatanly shipping nukes to other countries, I think most of the world would be on our side and, again, no one would help NK. Either way, NK would be alone. But it doesn't matter. We'd stomp a giant mudhole in their collective a$$e$. And myself and 3rd I.D. would be leading the way! woohoo!
