heat rash...probably from polyester clothing, too tight clothing, silky underware or soething of this nature. Try diaper rash ointment..yes the kind for babies..preferbly aquaphore or destin. Also cotton underware and lose clothing...see is this helps..if not seek professional help!

I would guess it could because you are using the heat if it has turned cold their, an issue of bathing/being in water that left the skin dry, psoriasis, maybe even ringworm. PS please wash hands, you may spread it to other areas. I'm assuming from the time of the year you weren't in poison ivy or oak lately?
