because its unlady like. if their wearing a skirt you'd see right up her skirt and that's not usually appropriate in certain circumstances, like in the work force it can be distracting. it also looks slutty.

because its kinda slutty looking to sit with your legs open for a girl. I only do that at home when no one I know is there.
