"felling" is most likely "feeling" -- "The hunger feeling closely follows this drop."

in other words, "You will begin to feel/get hungry soon after taking this medicine." (drop indicates that it is a liquid medicine.)

I predict that it is on a label of a product in Asia that is poorly translated English.

It should probably read:
You will get hungry soon after taking this medicine

Totally a guess.
