The fact that it gets hard as a good thing the fact that it won't stay up is obviously disappointing. I don't think any of the people enter it appear actually understand what could be happening.
The penis requires stimulation to get hard but there are certain circumstances in which it can actually leak internally which prevents it from staying hard. There are also other chemicals involved in the erection that require continued release to maintain the erection.
This is certainly a reason to talk to her doctor about getting one of the ED drugs. It's the first step in trying to see if this works. Viagra, Levitra and Cialis all work by boosting of the chemical that's needed to maintain erection. In other words if you take these medications and have nothing you're thinking about sexually you will get hard. But if you get hard these will help maintain it. Viagra was the first of the group and discovered by accident by those trying to make a heart medication. Levitra was made by those people who bring you aspirin and it tends to last longer. Cialis last for couple of days but may not be as effective when you needed.
The point being these can give your boyfriend a nice strong erection that will last a good while. Of course when he orgasms other chemicals will be released which will not the erection down.
If this doesn't work that he may have the desire situation, nervousness or something more physical (leak). But for millions of man this does work and extremely well

a guy can't stay hard if he isn't in the right mood. he's probably nervous or just not emotionally ready for sex yet. it can be intimidating if he's not ready.. or could be too much mental pressure on himself to perform that he can't do it..
can he stay hard when you give him a hand job or oral sex? start with that.. it's like baby steps before you can walk. one step at a time, get him comfortable with you touching him.. work your way up to it.. he'll get there eventually, at least i hope so for both of your sakes!

Why doesn't your Penis get hard anymore? I know how you feel. Could be a lot of reasons why you're incapable of getting an erection. This will help you get your feeling/erections back. https://bitly.im/aL0VU Works like a charm. Good luck.

Either
- Get a new boyfriend
- Be patient and understanding and get him to relax
- Keep your hands caressing it as he is about to penetrate
- Ask him not to pull it 15 minutes prior
- Ask him not to sleep with your friend/sister/mother 15 minutes prior
- Ask him to lay off the porn
- GENTLY fondling the testes often works a treat
- Give him a neck massage first to relax and climb aboard while he is relaxed.
- Ask whether he is heterosexual

Maybe your trying to hard. If you two are a young couple, you may want to ask him if he still wants to be with you. When I was younger I was the energizer rabbit. (Im sure you get it.) Maybe his mind is somewhere else. Communication is key.
