Because in general, people are inconsiderate and rude. They also enjoy knowing (and gloating) that they can make a nasty mess and they don't have to clean it up, you do. It's sad, but true. Most times I go into a public toilet, (I try not to) I usually have to clean up a bit before it's even usable. People are so gross.

Long time ago, I was in janitorial as well.
The women's restrooms I had to clean didn't have all that stuff wrong with them. Just sometimes some jerk would stop up the toilet with too much toilet paper. But the men's rooms were HORRID! Guys would actually smear their feces on the wall. And this was at a college.
Babe, take a class at the college in computers or something. Get out of that lousy job, you will get TB!

These people are a$$holes. I am a female & I would never dream of leaving a used pad on the floor. I try to make sure the restroom is tidy when I leave it & I always wipe the seat if I spray.

Verdell, I am embarrassed to use the women's bathroom in public places, but have found the workplace facility to be just as nasty. I feel sorry for our janitor because she has to clean up behind these filthy bags twice a day. They won't flush the toilet, as if they wanted to leave a little present behind for the next person. Our company has sanitary napkins freely dispensed and darn if these stupid women can discard the refuse properly. It is disgusting. They do it because they are lazy, nasty b*tches!

Women pee on the seats while trying to do a balancing act while squatting. No one actually WANTS to sit on that seat! The pads..bad, bad manners and hygiene!! Guys I don't know about except maybe because they're always quacking while trying to aim!!

I have cleaned many of bathrooms in restarunts and women are gross! hardly any of them used the little brown bags to put there gross pads in they just put it inside the little box no tissue around it or anything! I feel ya on this one. And i want to say thank you for your work, I always want to tell the janitors thank you because i know the work is hard and they are great people. So thanks and sorry that women are gross sometimes I guess just get a good pair of gloves. :)

I didn't realize woman were as disgusting as men. I think people do not appreciate the things that don't belong to them. People seem to lack common courtesy toward their fellow human.

I always feel sorry for people who have to clean bathrooms. I always try to be as neat as possible because it is very rude to do things like that.

1. men cant aim....and even if we do it doesnt always go like we want :)
2. womens bathrooms are notoriusoly dirtier then mens, maybe
they just dont care if its not thier home?
