Do you think that they are trying to rationalise their sexual preferences on YA R&S so that they feel better about themselves and justify their sexuality?

Unfortunately, they are for the most part, a segment of society that is persecuted. Therefore, trying to justify their homosexuality and feel better about themselves is understandable. You seem to have a problem with that. I see nothing wrong with it. Everyone wants to be accepted and appreciated for who they are, and gay people are no exception.

You can see a sexual preference in typed words? amazing!

That's probably best the gaydar I've ever heard of. You do know that mostly gay people have this gaydar, right?

I'm from Holland, I have many gay friends there, and my biggest problem with religion is their condemning of homosexuality based on their interpretation of God's word. For a better world for my friends and hopefully their adopted children, it is that I will always defend gay rights.

Now, does that make me gay? I honestly don't care if you think it does.

You can be religious and spiritual while you are gay. I don't see any thing wrong with that. If some one says that it is ok in their religion who are we to question that? This is a forum for every one not just homophobic religious zealots.

hmmm I do not know I am not gay but if I was I would be sure in my beliefs and would not be afraid to admit it. Yet yes I do see alot of people defending it. But not actually admitting it on this section. Seems like we cannot admit it but we can defend it. And for the people who do defend it why would they care if they are not gay?

Maybe they're just trying to annoy those who judge them for their lives, when it's really no ones business but their own. Of course that's just a theory.
