I think you could get a tube up from the other (bottom end) end and pump some oxygen in past the cement. I would suggest breathing very shallowly so that after the concrete sets you could then take a deep breath and have a little void between your aveoli lung sacs and concrete where the oxygen could get into your blood stream.

I would think the bigger problem would be keeping the cement out of your espohagus becaue if it got down there and set up in your intestine you might not ever be able to take another satisfying poop-

ones got to wonder whats your lung filling up with cement for.
best way to breath try an oxygen mask that should keep the cement out and help you to breath.

wow umm don't fill you lungs with cemetnt and yea its immpossibe so don't do stupid stuff and prevent ER crowding
