I have an urgent question: What is the best way to breathe when your lungs are filling with cement?

I think you could get a tube up from the other (bottom end) end and pump some oxygen in past the cement. I would suggest breathing very shallowly so that after the concrete sets you could then take a deep breath and have a little void between your aveoli lung sacs and concrete where the oxygen could get into your blood stream.

I would think the bigger problem would be keeping the cement out of your espohagus becaue if it got down there and set up in your intestine you might not ever be able to take another satisfying poop-

umm, how would cement get in your lungs? and if this somehow happened, you're dead.
