Before answering, please restrict your answers to why or what you do not like about Christianity the Faith and NOT what you dislike about the Christians. (I am well aware that the majority of those who claim to be Christians live out of judging others and not out of love, and therefore are NOT true representatives of Christ)
So please forget about the "Christians" and answer in regards to the belief.
Thank you for your answers.

to be honest ... i am becoming more intollerant with each day i am on here
i dont like admitting to this as i never dreamed i would feel this way about anything
but i see nothing but hate at times from those within the faith which makes it difficult to like the faith as a whole ... as i have done for the past 37 years of my life
now please dont be offended ... because i am sure you are one of those loving kind as your question suggests ...
but like Christians so often say ... love the sinner hate the sin

the Hell concept. i view it as a THREAT. Worship me or go to this horrible place for eternity. I will not worship ANY god that tries to command my worship through FEAR of an afterlife of punishment.

also the "Never again take a direct hand in the path of man untill the revelation" concept. this leaves men open to do whatever they wish to in the name of the religion, with no possible earthly
punishment for it. People reconcile this with "well they will go to hell for it" (unless they ask forgivness)

I really do not think that the altar boys that have been raped care much for that bit of comfort. and the fact that God allows his church to Hide these sick priests that do this crap to little kids really bothers me. if he cared even a small ammount, he would speak to the congregations and tell these people not to follow these false prophets.

i could go on, i just do not have the time right now.

Take away the types of people you're talking about, and a lot of my dislike goes away, too. (I know all Christians aren't that way, but the ones who are certainly are noisy!)

I don't know that I'd say 'dislike' -- disbelief.

But, yeah, I guess I do dislike religion itself, as it leads people to believe false things, and those things are damaging.

It takes attention away from the real sources of morality. Everyone runs around saying that they don't murder people all the time because of God, when I'm convinced that's simply not true.

But because they are all ga-ga over the Big Spankin' Sky Daddy -- or whatever other myths they believe in -- it distracts them from the truly important. It encourages (heck, requires) irrationality.

And, daggnabbit! It's just false.

But it's not about 'dislike' -- it's about damage.

-I don't know if there is a God.
-I don't know if Jesus was who the Bible says he was or if he really existed.
-I believe the Bible was written by men and I do not completely trust men. If it were at any time 'true', I cannot make sure parts were not rewritten. Therefore, I do not trust the Bible as the word of God.
-I don't accept Creation as the absolute truth, I think other things are possible.
-anything else I don't like goes back to the fact that I don't trust that men didn't meddle with the Bible even if God exists. There are too many things from there to list.

Original sin.
Eternal punishment. The concept of belief (something really quite uncontrollable) being a factor in deciding said eternal punishment--I get sent to Hell forever for something I tried to do but honestly can't?
The sheer lack of logic in the idea that God came to Earth and sacrificed himself to himself in order to save his own creation from...himself.
The massive amounts of behavior I consider immoral perpetrated by the being supposedly responsible for creating everything, including morality (evidenced by pretty much the entire Hebrew Bible [OT]).

There's more, but I think that's enough.

because a lot of them are very rude and not open to new ideas, sexist, some are stupid and have no idea about what they are doing. they are like preps, always thinking that they're better than everyone else. I do not hate Christianity as a whole but those few really get on my nerves.

I like Christianity I was once a Christian. I just don't believe it's true.
People just tend to take the Bible out of contexts. xx

as a rule, i reject any religion that believes people go to hell.

as well, i consider christianity to be idolatrous. in my opinion nothing in the physical world should be worshipped and this includes human beings on earth. if you're going to worship something, worship the source of the physical world, not the manifestation. the manifestation is not G-d.

For the "true believers" of any religion . . .
Religion is just man's own feeble attempt to explain his own existence.
Another thing, mention the possibility of life on another planet and they gasp!
I mean, just look to the heavens. Of the infinite number of stars and planets and to say "we" are the only life is just plane ridiculous.

The Bible.

It contradicts itself. I tend to not like things that contradict themselves.

Also, God contradicts itself. He loves, but, he hates. He wants all to be in Heaven, but, he sends most to Hell. He doesn't send good NonChristians to Heaven, nor does he send bad Christians to Hell.
