You should go to one meeting at least... it is free, just don't commit financially, unless you LIKE it. I say this because the most unexpected thing happened when I went to my first meeting...lost 5.8 pounds in one week. I used the fruitees as my snacks...a whole pack is worth one point. Once you see some results, the rest gets easier like a Jedi mind trick or something. Are you drinking 10 glasses a day? At least no less than 6. (is that redundant) Are you doing at LEAST 45 minutes (well your goal would be better met if you did 60 but 30 or less & you can forget it) of cardio at least 5 days each 7 days?

WHAT WORKS BEST for me with my portion control is eat about 1/3 of whatever you're eating. Then watch the clock. STOP and don't eat the rest (if you still want it) until 20 minutes have passed and your brain has caught up to your stomach, literally.

Work hard like a crazy woman and you can do it! Consider one day per week of a spiritual fast (NOT THE SAME AS STARVATION - - -KeEP DriNKinG water!) and you can tame that flesh into fit and trim controlled shape!

Best wishes and happy holidays 2 u !

get the most food for your points for a snickers bar regular size is 7 points. you could eat 7 oranges or apples for that amount of points. do you think you would be hungry then? Also at the meetings they have 2 pt bars it helps with the craving for chocolate or go get some chocolate whipped yogurt 3 points.
Remember and post on your refrigerator nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels
