i got a boxers fracture on my right hand "the pinky finger is fractured" i have a cast now, and stopped going to the gym because of it...are there any ways of building muscle without weights or going to the gym? Willl eating protein help ?

I think you need to focus on building that big muscle sitting on top of your shoulders. It's called the brain.

No, eating protein without lifting will just make you fat. Can you go, but not use your right hand? Leg exercises, situps, and left arm stuff.

Protein will help. You could also keep your muscle from going into atrophy by doing pushups.

well,do somthing that doesnt involve weight,like riding an bike,or running on a treadmill,all you are eliminated from is weights.

Do that, heal, and start with smaller weights.
