Thinking doesn't require ears, or eyes. It's done in the brain in an area apart from our meager senses.

Um... you can think without words. I generally do. And not just reactions. I generally think about people and things without words, and problem solve. It makes me wonder if people actually do speak inside their own head to themselves in their spoken language, like on that movie "What a Woman Wants".

Deaf people can be here, but they can't "here", because its not a verb. They are also generally referred to as deaf, since def doesn't necessarily mean you can't hear.

I think that they just use thoughts through their mind but can't speak or just inside their heads because they have never heard.

You think in your native language. If a person becomes deaf, they would think in whatever language they spoke before they became deaf. If their native language is sign, they will think in sign, and even dream in sign.
