A few things on this. You probably should see a doctor, especially if it is not changing and you are still feeling other symptoms. 98.6 is the AVERAGE body temp. That does not mean that some people are not healthy because their temp is higher or lower, it is only an average temp. But because of other symptoms, I would say you should see a doctor. A low grade fever means that there is some illness and it is trying to fight it off but is losing.
Hope you feel better soon!

I concur with Marj. Gall bladder is unlikely from the symptoms, but appendicitis is not ruled out. If the pain is on your RIGHT side, I would be particularly concerned.
Appendicitis is accompanied by the following signs and symptoms:
* Pain on the right side of the abdomen, usually beginning near the navel and moving down and to the right. The pain worsens when moving, taking deep breaths, coughing, sneezing, or being touched in this area.
* Loss of appetite
* Nausea
* Vomiting
* Change in bowel movements, including diarrhea or inability to have a bowel movement or to pass gas
* Low fever that begins after other symptoms
* Urinating frequently, or difficult or painful urination
* Bloating
If this sounds familiar, go see a doctor first thing tomorrow.

Yes, fever usually accompanies an infection. Even though you aren't completely laid out, you might have an infection. It's entirely possible that you've had this infection for months. I recommend that you see a doctor asap.

Possible for appendecitis or gall bladder, you don't want either one of these organs to get to the point where they become infected and burst. Better get your butt to the doctor ASAP.

It sounds to me like you need to see a doctor. That would probably be your best bet.
