The red you are seeing is blood. You have a bladder infection. You need to go the doctor to get an antibiotic. For the time being, you can take Azo for the pain. It will make your pee turn orangy but it will help the pain. Make sure you eat some food with it. It might make your stomach upset.

You drank/ate too much with red colouring in it, or you've got something seriously wrong with your kidneys and need to see a doctor ASAP

It could just be a burst blood vessel, and nothing to be concerned about. But, you should see a doctor just in case it is something more serious.
