Just get back on the diet!! If you don't you WON"T loose it again,but when you slip off it just get right back on it.You are only human and willpower comes and goes.Take advantage of it when you can.Make a whole lifestyle change in eating and don't call it a diet!

Get over it! If you put on weight from one serving of rice you're obviously not eating enough carbs. Your body only stores them if it never gets them! A balanced diet is the way to go, and you need carbs for energy. Plus things like wholegrain or wholemeal rice and breads are low GI which means you won't get that starving feeling and have to binge

de-de-dee. diets are actually proven to have people gain even MORE weight. Eat a small meal at night. Cuz if you don't, your metabolism slows down causing you to gain more weight. It's recommended that instead of 3 big meals a day, we should have 6 small meals and eat til we're not hungry. Not full.

For heaven's sake: calm down. There is no need to "recover." Just go back to your normal (hopefully healthy) diet first thing in the morning.
Note: if you are hungry all the time, you are NOT on a healthy diet.

Hopefully it was brown rice, but even if not, its not so bad. You should be working for improvment in your eating habits, not perfection. If you have to have a cup of rice once in a blue moon, so be it. Its not going to ruin you eating plan as long as its not very often.

sure i devour rice! sure i devour rice! a) 20 b)230 (im five'nine) c)feminine d)is dependent. i used to devour plenty of rice day-to-day and that i wieghed much less. now on a typical normal i devour not up to two cups and that i determined that i received extra wieght.

one day is not going to hurt you too much. why couldn't you just eat the chicken? chicken is good for you but not rice.... don't ever do that again if you are on a diet...

and??? rice with white meat chicken is not so bad, what are you worried about??? if the meat was dark meat then add a few more minutes to your workout the next day
