I had a set of twins not too long ago and I really need to lose weight I am drained and never have any energy. I was really small before I got pregnant for them and now I feel really bad. It would really help out if anyone had any kind of diet that I could try out.

It is a healthy way to lose weight.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. It is free with support from the members and a real neat site. I'm quite impressed.
Enjoy!

God Bless!

Going on a special kind of diet won't help you... As soon as you are done with your diet, you will start eating regular food and you will gain the weight back on. Try to control your appetite...don't eat too much. It's that simple.

The word diet is the word from hell. No diets sweetie. Just eat fiber, fiber, fiber. ( like fruits, vegies, a little grains, and a little protein like tuna. don't forget the calcium) Trust me, it will work.
