Whatever excuse you can think of to not use your tax id or social security number should suffice. BUT, add the words "YOUR HONOR" behind that excuse and think if the excuse will then help you get outta the penalties, interest, jail time with the court.
If not, then you know what the true answer is. YES, you have to use Federal ID number or social security number.
