I'm assuming your friend is 11-12yrs old...... she should not be kissing someone 14-15yrs old.

I don't understand what having her period has to do with kissing someone. But regardless, this boy is too old to have anything to do with her. She needs to stay away from him and let her parents know if he wont leave her alone.
