How do I get the backrounds with borders on Microsoft Word?

I mean the ones that take up the whole page but they kinda look like clip art.

Format menu. Click "Borders and Shading" go to the "Page Border" and choose from the "art" drop down box at the bottom.

Download them from microsoft clips online.
