The recommended daily amount of milk a person should drink is 24 ounces a day. What problems would develop if a person drank 40 ounces (or more) of milk a day?

You would start getting big black spots that look like someone splattered you with paint and you'd probably start to moo and enjoy salad more.

There would be No problems developed from only 40 ounces or more a day.

For women, it's a great source of calcium, which aids in our not developing osteoporosis.

I bet you've got one impressive milk mustache. ;o

Too much calcium could cause kidney stones. Remember, milk is not the only source of calcium. Plus whole milk is very high in calories, so you would run the risk of gaining weight and all the problems that could accompany it.

well i hear acne can be caused by milk from the extra testosterone. And if it is not low fat you might begin to see a larger waistline. Milk is an animal product, so you should always watch your intake. But nothing serious could come out of it, except maybe high cholesterol.

Most average people can not handle a whole gallon of milk at one sitting without throwing up. Too much is not good for the stomach.

As long as it's nonfat (skim) milk, you should be fine drinking as much as you want. I know some people who drink LOTS of skim milk; they're in good shape and they hardly ever get sick.
