its common that everyone having computers will have a inbuilt excel software. so jus enter into it and rename the columns and rows in ur wish... and u can include ur own attributes...there is no such special software as u ask.....its only that we make use of spreadsheet.

Go to Access and make your own... It is much easier.

It is really great.. Excel is for the birds.
