Some people have to work harder at it to achieve the 6 pack abs. But I believe anyone can achieve this...It depends on the individual's motivation, will power and dicipline when it comes to doing the correct workout for their own body type and eating healthy and correctly!!!

Some people are genetically made not to be able to have a six pack. Most men have the ability to. With women some can get them, and others can just get indentions on the sides with a flat tummy.
Muscle definition is based mainly on your body fat % and size of the muscle. Another thing that hinders muscle definition is if a really overweight person loses weight they have to deal with the excess skin thats been stretched from being overweight. You can get the excess surgically removed to have tighter skin though.
Doing cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and eating sensibly can put you one your way to a six pack!

Any type of body can get a six-pack no problem. But I usually get a half-case or a 24. You just have to look 21 to the clerk; your body type shouldn't have anything to do with it.

style one are you doing any form on in intensity aerobic? Situps and aerobic are extra important in getting a six %. than doing situps. Doing 3 hundred situps certainly fairly accomplishes not something because of the fact your basically working the muscle below the fat and your overtraining it. have confidence me all you desire is 4 instruments of 25 reps of ab workouts with each and each focused on a diverse element of the abs. Do each and each rep slowly 3-4 seconds according to rep. Repeat 3-4 cases each week. relax is doing 30+ minutes of aerobic according to day and ingesting a stable weight-help plan keeping off extra sugar and snacks severe in fat.

Yeah, a skinny one. Or, if you are not skinny, time to take the fat away. How fast the fat goes away and the six pack comes through is all up to your discipline.

No. But for some people it's harder to acheive the 6-pack look. Everyone can get it, if they work really hard.

No, To get your abs to show, you need to get your body fat % low, otherwise you could have the best abs in the world, but you will have to much fat on your body for anyone to see them.
