wanna loose 10 lbs. lets say about close 2 the end of the month or somewhere near that. What work outs could you do each day 2 help you reach that goal.

Cardiovascular exercise like running, walking, swimming, biking, or an active sport burn the most calories. It's good to do any combination of these 4 times a week for 45-60 minutes or more to lose weight. Do more if you want to lose it faster, but your body does need time to recooperate! Doing a strength training routine can also help you on your goal to getting fitter. There are a lot of variables in your body that can affect weight. You really should go by body fat % and how your clothes fit. If you build some muscle you could actually gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat. But if you expend more calories then you take in you will lose the fat over time!

Aslo don't over eat on the holidays and you should reach your goals. Good Luck!

alternate aerobic one day (moving to get your heart rate up), weight training the next (muscle burns more calories). it keeps you on different areas and is more efficient.
