whenever i seem to excersise, i seem to bloat for some reason or feel like i suddenly got bigger even though i had just recently excersised. it shows later that i of course lost some weight, but why do i bloat AFTER i JUST excersised?

Exercise makes you thirsty, and you may not have noticed it, but your drinking more fluids.... hence your bloated feeling.

i personally don't, but you might want to consult your doctor for some basic tips and advice on how to avoid such an occurrence
