i also have a rounder face, and was reading this very morning about the same. 17 said to have your hair like curled or waves, not flat.
it you want or have bangs, get them more on one side.
and it you want it up, pull up, but leave bangs down.

I have a round face, too. Well, side bangs will look nice. I have my hair like that.

normally a layered hair cut works but and make sure that the hair stylest angles the hair around your face.

A little past the shoulders- medium length layers.

i'd say long layered hair with highlights. it would look nice.
