Several things you can do to try and find discounts:

Contact the park and ask if they have serviceman's discounts.

They often offer discounted tickets to locals at certain times. Check to see if this is one of the times.

Different stores carry deals for the amusement parks in Southern California. Check to see if they are carrying deals. Sometimes even KFC offers deals.

Try looking at the cans of soda in the stores in Southern California. Sometimes they print coupons on the cans. All you do is bring in an empty can and they will give a discount.

Try AAA. Sometimes amusement parks will give you a discount if you are a AAA member.

Lastly, try the Costco near Anaheim. Local Costcos carry discount tickets for amusement parks nearby.

Good luck.

Go through your travel agent. I have discount tickets for Disney & Universal Studios. A good travel agent can work the price of the tickets into a package that would be cheaper than you beleive.

Tell him to go to the Marine credit union and ask for a Magic Kingdom Card, otherwise, he can go to Vons or Ralphs and buy discount admission for California Residents there.

Go to those Time Share open houses. You can get discount tickets from, you don't necessarily need to buy a time share.

in case you belong to any specialist agencies, examine with them (California instructors and approved aides get a chit with the help of their unions). also, examine with AAA or similiar agencies you need to belong to. they oftentimes purchase tickets in bulk and promote them at a chit to their contributors. in the different case, honestly get your tickets at a Disney save or from Disney on-line. there is frequently a astounding wait to purchase tickets on the gate.
