check it out with a doc. i have a similar condition where i will almost always sweat, but i'm really just that hot. cold weather never bothers me, ppl say i'm going through the change of life with all my ''hot flashes'' .:-p
as for the smell; i'd say double check that you clean everything when you wash. :-/ not to be offensive when i say that, but like, sometimes there's a part that folk forget sometimes. ask a body piercing place about it, i'm sure they've got tons of stories they could tell about clients who ''missed a spot.'' but yeah, sometimes folk just forget to wash a certain part over time.
i work at a tire shop and then go to the gym daily, so i'm well acquainted with odour. when i wash off, i use simple green (to remove tire particles and lead/asbestos from my skin) and then a 25% bleach solution along with regular soap.
also, when you wash your clothes, use baking soda....and now that i think about it, you said it came from your bum? you might (this might sound weird) have sat in a chair that gave you that scent. sometimes ppls' chairs smell pretty bad and if u sit in it long enough, your clothes will smell just like that.

In extreme cases, I've heard some podcasting about how Botix is being used by some docs. Though it may be considered an off-label use, since you are in the medical field you may have better luck finding someone to give you the shots several times a year. The way I understand it, the botox can be used in the armpits, as it is used on the face. It's just an idea. Another thing to consider is the ACTUAL reality of the situation. Is your odor really offensive to others? Is it possible that you are just uneasy because of your EXPERIENCE of sweating more than you'd like?

Firstly, get a physical. If you're not from the US, you might purchasing an antiperspirant deoderant. the difference is that antiperpirant prevents the sweating, the deoderant stops the odor. The reason I mention US, is that it is common place for us here to use these products daily - many countries feel the body's odor is natural so don't mask it. A zinc deficiency can cause rancid body odor, as can eating a diet high in garlic. Your best bet is to go to a physician to rule out medical conditions, and if you check out OK, then off to the drugstore with you. Whatever you do, don't try to cover the odor with perfume - then you will smell like a chili dog dunked in rosewater - AWFUL!

Well, I would advise you to talk to a doctor about this, But I'll try to give some ideas... First I have heard of a medical procedure that disables sweat glands for people with profuse sweating, you can ask your physician about this. Secondly, it may be related to diet, especially a lack in green vegetables are known to some nutritionists to cause body odor. Lastly it could be a gum disease that causes the odor. Well there ya go, that's all I got.

Maybe you should change your diet. Like try some more natural foods like fruits, vegetables, breads, fish, meat, 100 % real Juice, Skim milk, rolls, Oatmeal, Pasta. Stop the, Trans fat (not only do they make you fat but literally KILL YOUR BODY!) fats food (Which contains deadly amounts of Trans fats) Go for Chips like Lay's and Cape Cod.

See a doctor and discuss the problem with him/her. They can provide treatments and suggestions that will be more medically sound. Also if you have an allergy to some kinds of food they can pinpoint the problem.

Onions and garlic will do but I prefer asparagus which makes some peoples pee stink horribly. You have to be able to pee on his clothes, and if possible, on him. If all of that fails, just keep an opened tin of sardines in your pocket. In a few days he'll get the point. (((((FW)))))
