Not unnatural tanning, which is what I am assuming you are talking about. Now, being out in the sun (wearing a hat and some clothes) is very healthy for you. Don't believe all that crap about getting skin cancer from the sun. How can something that is meant to be part of our everyday lives, that provides us with vitamins, that God created for us, cause these illnesses?

I'll tell you: it doesn't. It's the sunblock. Don't apply that before going out in the sun, just protect your head if you will be outside for a long period of time.

Now, after all of that, no tanning beds; at all! : )

are you serious? No, it's not good for you. Tanning beds are even worse than direct sunlight because of the condensed UVRays. Tanning causes wrinkles, reduces skin elasticity, and can lead to cancer.

no. although the human body needs sun light to produce vitamins ( vitamin e i think it is) to much is bad for your health.
sun light contains both uv a and uv b rays. uv b has been known to cause certain types of skin cancer, were as uv a rays break down the skins natural elasticity, causing it to droop.
tanning beds only remove the uv b rays, but there still emit uv a rays.

The fake tans don't harm you, but the real ones WILL cause you skin cancer and sunburn.

not really, but if you put on sun block before going outside, then its better than no coverage....if you go to a tanning booth, then buy a reasonably priced to expensive priced tanning lotion..because they help the process but give you okay protection against the harmful rays that can cause cancer...

No, spending a long time in the sun without sun screen can give you skin cancer. However, spending time in the everyday is good because it makes you feel happy and has vitamin D.

You seriously have to ask that question? No...it's not. Trust me on that. Already had one go round with melanoma (skin cancer) and now have a two inch long scar on my forearm to show for it. It makes you feel good, makes you look good, but in the long run, it is not good for you.
