This is NOT for me, my friend just doesnt like the thought of peeling your skin layers off with laser surgery and stuff. Shes only 16 and she really doesnt like that idea of microdermabration. She want something that will work fast because we have a winter formal coming up and she wants her skin to be clear.

Try using facial scrub to get rid of dead dry skin. Then after washing face, apply toner and follow up Aloe Vera + Vitamin E gel. It not only soothes and heals the damaged skin, but also provides good moisture and prevents the skin from becoming oily, resulting in more pimples. Also, must drinks lots of water to keep skin weel hydrated and soft. Whn skin is well hydrated, the scars will not look too obvious. That way, make up can go on well, and help provide some coverage on the scars too! Hope this helps!!

The salary/remuneration for a particular job is the market value for a particular profession and designation at the city/town where the office is located. Job postings at websites like Monster, Yahoo HotJobs and Careerbuilder carry information about salaries. The Govt Dept of Labor, (www.bls.gov) Bureau of statistics has information about median salaries for different professions and details of additional compensation offered. Other online resources are salary.com and payscale. Your salary will also depend on your educational qualification and how you handle your career. Hydroquinine works well, but you must use the proper amount. It's a fade cream - see a medical aesthetician for proper diagnosis, or better yet, a dermatologist.
