You only need to do a search on here to see how many people are having problems with IE7. The best thing to do is download Mozilla Firefox available from http://www.mozilla.com/ Its faster, more user friendly, easily customizable to suit your need and no problems.

Internet browsers all have the same goal , which is to browse the internet super highway. I believe the differences would be that they each have their own audiences or their own features to enhance their own capabilities.

I use Firefox because I can add extensions and these extensions can add to my browsing needs and make working on the internet easier and faster.
Firefox also has themes and once in a while I like to change its look. The only thing I find is that some websites don;t support Firefox and theirfore some of the function on the site may not work as they do on Internet Explorer.

I can say that the AOL browser has always seemed childish , maybe for an amateur browser.

These are the only ones I have experiences with.

Hope that helps.

They all do the same thing which is to let you surf the internet. There's not much difference between browsers at all. There are 4 main browsers right now : Internet Explorer, Fire Fox, Opera and Netscape. Give them all a try to see which you like. You can have as many browsers on your pc as you want and they're all free.

Internet browsers have different specialities, different ways of rendering web pages (noticeable when Fire Fox 2's text is uglier than Internet Explorer 7), customizability (Fire Fox 2's add-ons are far superior to IE7), computer processor usage, etc. Basically the same, but made by different companies. Just like what's the difference between Dodge and Ford.

On a basic level, yes, they're all the same. But if you dig a little deeper, there are huge differences. I'll compare the two major browsers for the pc.

first, Internet Explorer. Personally i hate IE because of its lack of built in popups blockers, its tendency to get viruses and worms, and its lack of customization options.

on the other hand, Firefox is far superior. First of all, it is much faster than IE. Also, you can download skins and plug-ins to completely customize your browser. It also has great built in popup blockers.

So, i guarantee that you'll be happy with Firefox, but if you're happy with IE, feel free to keep using it as it also gets the job done.

Yes they all do the same job however major difference are:

↓ Layout and designs
↓ Compatablitly with other pc's i.e windows to MAC
↓ Some like Frefox come with free anti-virus sorfware
↓ Some come with features installed like yahoo comes with games
↓ Some offer better speed connections by blocking images etc...
↓ Some are targeted more for virus i.e. explorer
