I have XP Media Center. I like it.

Windows Vista (home edition if fine). When it releases next month it will be much better than XP. Until then XP SP2 is the best you can get without buying a new computer with Vista loaded on it (MS released it to manufacturers last month).

wow. i wouldn't download an operating system, because you won't get a correct install... but you can buy them at office max etc... for around 100 bucks for the program. if you're looking at buying a full pc, then it's your call. vista is the newest one, just came out last month.... xp is great, cuz u can upgrade in the future.... apple is by mac, not windows.

So far windows xp, next year will be windows vista, until the software companies make software and drivers for it.
How to down load windows, you have to buy it .
