Why are you directing this at atheists. Is it okay to judge a person over what? and what does being an atheist have to do with?

Of course, and we all do it all the time. Its also ok to admit that you do. The idea would be to judge with wise judgement, based on their actions and words. This of course takes experience, time, life etc.

I assume the word 'judge' to be like form an educated OPINION, draw a conclusion etc.
Of course this should be done

Of course. But do you like when a person judges you?

"Elphaba

can you tell me which verse?"

I'm sure you can find it. Elphaba did say "Apparently", which means he/she has likely never looked it up but was told so by a xian.

I imagine it's that: "Judge not lest you be judged" bit.

Look, judging people is an automatism done by your brain to secure itself in its surroundings. That's how people naturally label each other. Prejudice is different.

Judging isn't wrong if you're not trying to demolish anyone.

Its okay to judge a person as long as drastic things don't result from it.

You can judge actions but not persons. By its very nature, that is condemning a person, is satanic, or the work of satan (who's work it is to condemn man).

Hmmm. Was it Paul "I do not judge even myself."

People Judge each other constantly. Judgement is crucial to determing how far you can trust people professionally, socially, and romanticly. It is part of being human, anyone who says they don't is full of it.
