Butterscotch schnapps, Apple pucker, etc. Also, some vodkas have a very indistinct taste that is well covered by coke, or some kind of juice.

Chaucer's Raspberry Wine. It is a dessert wine that won double gold at the California state fair some years ago. It tastes like raspberries with sugar. I pour it on ice cream or sip it chilled. You can still find it once in a while for $10 a bottle or under. Last place I bought it was either Beverages and More or Cost Plus World Imports. I can't remember which for sure!

A white russian doesn't taste like alcohol (mixed drink)
Try Baileys Irish Cream.
And, I did have occasion to try some 'one eye' (local moonshine) while visiting a farmer friend in VA last weekend. It didn't taste like alcohol at all. Very very smooth, 190 proof.
Cheers!

Everclear, it's clear, and when you mix it with almost anything you can hardly taste it. Cheap to.

Sure, they are usually sweet liquers and you should really stay away from those. They'll creep up on you, so be careful.
