They may hate eachother or you will have some funky puppies. Chihuahua have an attitude so...you can try it and find out. Who knows they could be the best of friends.

If you don't want puppies get at least one of them fixed. No guarantee a dog won't hump the other dog and it could be female on male, or vice versa.. once an animal is fixed the humping is a dominance issue not sex. But, in general getting an opposite sex dog is a good mix.

It's easier surgery and less expensive to have the male dog neutered (fixed). You didn't say how old the Chihuahua is. If he's a puppy, get him neutered at 3-4 months old, or follow your vet's recommendation. Don't let him get to be a year old, or he will hump even after he's neutered.

Your pets will be calmer and happier together if the male is not capable of breeding.

If you dint know
A Male+Female = Puppies :)
Even if you get your dogs fixxed they still might hump(male)

well they arnt going to hump evry second only when shes in heat.and for the fighting dont give one dog more atention then the other this will mean comptision and that leds to fighting.and if she is protective she will show him/her that shes dominet and thats it.
