Yes I have! My friend has been very, very deep in sin. We have been taking his mom to church with us and finally, he wanted to go. That was like a month ago. So, we've been taking him and he asked for Bible Studies tonight! I have been praying for him for about 3 years and God answered my prayers! Praise be to Him!

All prayers are answered. Whether you receive a "yes" or a "no" depends on what you asked, but all prayers are answered.

Well, not today but slowly, because she is having a hard pregancy, my daughter is coming back to the Lord. I have been praying for her for many years and it is exciting to see the Lord work answers to our prayers.

You bet! I said ( at around 5:30 this morning) please Jehovah, let me get my broad behind up this morning and do what I have to do this day... and He answered my prayer! I not only creaked my way up, I got to see the most beautiful sunrise off my deck. Not only did I get done what I had to do today, but I got finished earlier than I anticipated and ended up with time to put out my snowmen today.. so yeah... He answered, in spades!! :)

Yes - I asked God if he was unconditional love and he said Yes. I then asked what this means and he said that there's no hell, no guilt, no sin, no punishment, no judgement. I asked him why this message doesn't get across (and why it was changed in the bible) and he said that his unconditional love doesn't attack or challenge and that it's always there but our egos drown it out because we don't like it. He said He'll always be waiting and not judging and that if we really investigate our wrongdoing, it's not some self-centered concept of being a 'sinner' that should stop us but the fact that we're causing harm to other people. And then He said He loved us all unconditionally and would never stop. Amen.

not today, but I have been praying for my husband's job.
He sent out a resume and got a call back that afternoon to set up an interview that happened yesterday. We will find out on Monday - so we are continuing to pray about God's will.
Praying is a wonderful thing - God does hear us and we do get answers - even if they are not the ones we are looking for.

I pray to God to thank him, not ask him for things. He does not answer prayers, he accepts them.

you know christians will say that if their prayers are answered, that it's a blessing from god. but if they aren't answered, then they say "oh it must not have been in god's plan for me to have that". so...what's the point in asking? god already knows wheter or not he's going to give you something.
