Firstly, I'm not too sure how my baby is going to look. I have a few mixed race asian/caucasian friends and they all look fairly asian - although I do know a little boy who is cambo/aussie and turned out white with blonde hair/blue eyes, but he has asian style shaped nose & eyes. Is it more likely that my baby will turn out asian looking?? (I'm Australian and the father is Chinese/Vietnamese.)

Also, can anyone suggest some names? I've looked at so many baby books and I just can't decide....I think I'd like to give my baby a mixed name ie. one english name and one viet name - not too sure on the order though.

Thanks everyone! :o)

Caucasian Asian Babies

My sister has 2 of them. She is white, blonde hair, blue eyes, her husband is Asain. Both of the babies have darker skin, brown eyes, and dark hair. The boy looks more asain then the girl does. They are beautiful kids. I'm sure yours will be too. For names, they did an american first name, and an asain middle name. What I think is cool is when 2 names from 2 cultures are combined into 1 name. It's fun to be creative like that.

I have a friend who is asian and is married to a caucasian women and they have 2 very beautiful children. i would think that your baby will look like you with asian accents. Emma and Wyatt have their daddies features but you can see their mommy in them too. i think they are 2 of the cutest children i have ever seen. and with the naming look into what names you have in the family you just might find something you like!
good luck!

Here's the way the odds look for you:
Dark hair and eyes dominate over lighter shades. Not always true but the odds tend to fall that way.

Boys tend to look more like dad, girls like mom. Not always true but the odds tend to fall that way.

And then there are the wild cards.....they are usually the most beautiful. You are excited about your baby, I'm happy for you (hug).

I like the name Jet for a boy or girl.

Jack Shun for a boy

Emma Riko for a girl

It is hard to say what the baby will look like. It will be a mix of both you and the father's features, but it is impossible to tell.

Hun don`t worry your baby will be beautiful!! ((congrads))
i don`t know any chinese-vietnamese names.
I love the fact your asking the public on what you should name the baby but in the end it`s what you like.
Try a name that he can be called as a baby and as a man
once again congrads>>

if you have blonde hair this will naturally get bleached by the particular sun in the summer. There had been this guy in my class who had golden blonde hair that has been a medium brown near the bottom. When he came back to school after summer vacation, it was practically platinum blonde!

Awwww, how cute. Well, I have seen Asian/ White babies before and I have to say; they are georgeous!!! Most of them I have seen have the facial structure of Asians, and the eye color is mixture of blue and brown, REALLY PREtTY! But, if you have brown eyes, then more than likely the child will have brown eyes. But they hair color is unusual.......Very pretty rich tone of dark brown, not black(which what most Asians have) How about:

BOY: Dac Kien Michael (Means: Knowledge, like God.)
GIRL:Da'o McKayla (Means: Peach blossom Abundance)

GOOD LUCK!!! Those are reall Vietnam names, I looked them up!!!
