There are free powerpoint viewers all over the internet...but they simply let you view powerpoint files. Since you said this is for a final I am assuming your school has powerpoint...why not just stay late at school one day and throw together a powerpoint there? shouldn't take too long depending on what you have to do.

Here is a link to the free Open Source office suite, it has something that is compatible with powerpoint, and also word and excel, the newer ones may also have more windows compatible applications now, it's totally free and free to upgrade hope it helps..

ok here again everything is FREE... a program that leaves MS office standing in the shade
Go to www.openoffice.org and download openoffice 2 it has everything ms office has but the name are different
there is a word processor (MS word)
there is a spread sheet ( Excel)
there is pressentation programe (Power Point)
there is a data base programe (Access)
And the best part about this software you can import and export to and from ms office
