Satan is very real. for a good description of him read Ezekiel Ch.28 V13-19. He promotes false religions knowing that he is taking countless millions to hell with him. he has the wisdom to destroy families and Churches because he is opposed to everything that is of the Lord. He is the most effective behind the pulpit and in Government and can take on any form.

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.

The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.

Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.

Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.

Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

devil doesn't adjust to the bible and different enemy teachings. there is even with the undeniable fact that no "actual" evidence of him, you in common words might want to attempt to get to carry close him for your self in case you opt for to finish that. devil/Lucifer isn't a "mad evil devil that motives each and every undesirable little situation as xtians declare". "He" isn't a boogie guy or any style of Halloween monster, those pictures were made to blaspheme him and to save human beings in concern of him in order that that they received't earnings godly capacity and understanding which he's tried to convey to humanity. The xtian faith of route does no longer make experience because it truly is a faux faith, no longer some thing yet a software created for political administration and capacity over the thousands that only masquerades as a real non secular conception gadget. For one, there is no jehovah, the bible is improper and written by a opt for few hebrew adult males who were attempting to play god. devil is a Pagan God, no longer an angel created by fictitious yahweh. also, devil is in truth a male deity and his woman counterpart is his spouse Lilith. it cant be proved or unproved. Same with god, jesus, and what have you.

For one person, he or she may feel believing is proof, but it is just a belief and that is it.
