I live near a church, so I could be a birch...
Or maybe I could be a willow, 'neath someone could lay their pillow..
If I were an oak, I might attract some friendly folk...
I would be merry, if I were a cherry...
Depending on the hood, I could be a redwood!
Never mind the fuss! I'll be a eucalyptus!

I'd be the tree that said to the little tree 'I don't know if you're a son of a beech or the son of a birch, but your mother was the best piece of ash in the woods.

A sweet Maple tree -- they have beautiful colored leaves in the Fall and are full of sweet juices inside.
