hey, wat u need is protein...not just fruits and salads...my friend tried this diet b4, she just had apples for her diet, and do u know wat happend to her? she got sent to the hospital!!! pls, fruits n salads can make u lose weight, but not permanent....once u stop and eat normally...i believe u will gain double weight...and , dun simply take pills, it is not good for health, u dun even know whether the pillls have side effect...dun take risk...my suggestion is, u can drink soya milk (low sugar) in the morning, can eat normal meal for lunch ( egg, vegetables, meat) , dinner just have fruits or salad.....take more protein

Get B complex capsules and iron pills from a vitamin section. These will substitute what you are not getting. A good multivitamin would be excellent also. It definitely sounds like low blood pressure.

Eat meat, you will get more energy. The Adkins diet might work well for you.

Carbohydrates are our bodies main source of energy so they are a neccesary if you want to have energy. Make sure you get balance, variety, and moderation with your meals. Also make sure you get all your vitamins and minerals.

Other things can affect energy levels are stress and sleep habits.

Something you might like to know, exercising a few days a week can actually raise your energy levels throughout each day. If you don't already you should try walking a mile or two every other day. Swimming, running, and biking are also great options.

Eating Healthy means getting all your nutrients too. Fruits and salads don't have protein. They may help you lose weight, but It ain't the best way to go in the long run. It will train your body to turn everything into fat, and may even make you hungrier because your body is craving food that has the nutrients your not giving it.

well yea your eating healthy, but are you getting the protein and iron you need to sustain a good diet? if your on just salads and veggies that's no good. you ll need some meat in order for your brain to function normally., I'm not saying everyday but have a burger here and there. ull fell better and have some energy you have been lacking.good luck!

you probably need some complex carbohydrates - get them and a glass of skim milk in the morning (if you're really worried about calories, eat 3 servings of noodles with salt on them (50-80g carbs) and a glass of skim milk and 2-3 glasses of distilled/reverse osmosis water for breakfast). And a multivitamin then. Should jolt you awake.
