Then again, it could be cleopatra- she had a silver boat and the sun is very hot and melts everything in egypt. I'm going along with blondie 79 on this one. As far as the plastic ocean, I would say this refers to the flexibility and resilience which are properties of both plastic and the rulers of egypt. The persians, greeks and romans all had a turn ruling egypt from across the oceans (mediterrean sea).
