Ive been a member to paypal for 2 weeks now and i cant get signed up for a paypal credit card. if anyone knows how long i have to be a member before applying for one please help. thanks.

You can apply for a paypal credit card as soon as you become a member. A debit card Requires 3 months of membership.

credit cards are based on income..do you mean debit card..you must be business member for that..I think it's like 6 months..read the FAQ's for debit card and it will tell you.
