We are all born with a nature to sin. We are none the less acountable for our deeds. It is the reason that God provided for mankind an atonement and that atonement is Jesus Christ.

i do no longer think of all crimes are equivalent. as an occasion, I see no longer something incorrect with murdering somebody in self-protection. In some places, an 18 year previous who has a consensual sexual courting with a sixteen year previous is seen rape. I see no longer something incorrect with their courting as long as that's consensual. If somebody have been to thieve my cherished puppy and that i went to retrieve it, it would be seen stealing because of fact i did no longer enable the government (courts) to handle the region. So there are some circumstances that i will think of the place i does not evaluate a criminal offense undesirable. it would be adverse judgement, yet i does not evaluate it unreasonable. as far as "hate crimes", it amazes me that this BS replaced into prevalent with the help of the final public. when you consider that whilst can we've thought police? when you consider that whilst does the government (courts) have the the terrific option to handle defendants in a distinctive way because of fact of their achievable techniques? that's loopy! a criminal offense is a criminal offense. a individual might desire to be sentenced for his or her strikes and not their non-politically-the terrific option techniques. we've given up the liberty to our very own techniques. How unhappy.

It's spelled heinous. And i'm not sure I agree with you about alot more people doing violent crime if there were no laws against them. Most normal people with morals and consciences don't do crime or hurt others not because they are afraid of going to jail but becauese the thought of it disgusts them, or at least feels wrong. It's your social deviants who do violent crime. And whether or not their reasons are genetic, or the results of their upbringing poses the age-old "Nature vs. Nurture" agrument, which we don't have the time to go into here.

No, it does not it make it morally correct. Neither does the immorality of such acts cause other, non related acts to be immoral simply because they share a "genetic propensity." Humans have a genetic propensity to speak, is that immoral?

Is murder or rape ever correct in any form? Perhaps you mean does it make it "excusable" ? And even in that question, I would still say no. Because if it were excusable, I am sure it would be as common as speeding with traffic.

EXCUSES EXCUSES EXCUSES!!! We are all responsible and accountable for the choices and decisions we make in this life...it ain't your mama and daddy's fault that you are out there robbing banks and killing people...its simply because of making a choice that stunk...
Now stop trying to make excuses and stand up to responsibility...
I've had circumstances in my life that were not the greatest as well, but I refuse to use that as a crutch....
Circumstances are just that circumstantial....
like the Eagle's song says..."GET OVER IT"
