No, but you raise an interesting thought. Actually, virtually everything in Physics is reversible, so why not a solar power collector? The answer is YES, it will run in reverse! (under the right conditions). And as a matter of fact, the devices that do this are called LED's or "light emitting diodes". Will wonders never cease.
