Keep your identity private. Get another ID and don't tell anyone you know (i.e. the ex-wife, or anyone who would pass it on) what your ID is. If you are really addicted to this forum, the fastest and easiest way to stop being bugged is to change your ID - be proactive & take care of the problem rather than waiting for others to do it for you.

What you should do is contact the FCC, Yahoo, and your state attorney general to file a complaint. In addition to changing all your on line information, assure that all of your anti virus software is the most current available.

The easiest thing to do is create another Yahoo! ID and use it to rejoin Answers.

I'm having a similar problem. You can contact the attorney general in you state as well as the FCC. Yahoo also has a customer service number you can call. A law office may be able to advise you as well on the most effective route to take.

Posting questions like this certainly isn't going to help. Change your email and find a new place to post, like an actual message board where moderators will screen against troll-like activities against their adherents.
This is hardly a bastion of creative genius, political insight or unique observations anyway.
