removeable expander?!?

Does a schwartz removable retainer/expander hurt?
iam gettinng mine on the 19 iam wondering the pain it will enduce please tell me your experince with a swartz removeable expander!

it will hurt and be sore, but only on the first day. Other than that you don't realize it anymore and you get the joy of having it taken off.
