Personally I wouldn't but that's just my own paranoia about losing a younger man and my own preference. However, I don't think it is taboo. Other females definitely give it a lot more than a thought. My sister is 27 and just got engaged to a 20 year old, three of my best friends are in long-term relationships with blokes ranging from 2 to 7 years younger than them. He's 21 and you like him, go for it. Social norms say men should be older than the woman in a relationship I know, but I don't see why!

All depends on how you feel about each other. Age should not matter to you if you are both interested and want it to happen. I have had older and younger partners and would not say that there is much difference. My current boyfriend is 6 yrs younger than me and the most sensible out of them all. I guess the answer is... If you want to!

Sounds perfectly fine to me. Don't let age get in the way. My first husband was 4 years younger than me and we had a great relationship. My husband now is 10 years older.

WELL, after 17 years married, to a man who was 10 years older than me, my next boyfriend was 10 years younger, we broke up, age was,nt the problem, just he wanted commitment i did,nt, next boyfriend was lee, i loved lee, 19 years younger. lovely guy, but he got killed in a car accident,, then there was raj,, my lovely little Indian lover 23 years younger. no future, not looking for one, but life is too short to worry about the age thing, with consenting adults, its fun, no harm done, i know most people Look down at a woman when she does things like me, but men have a differant code ,. i don't know why?

My step-dad was 4 years younger than my mom. He was the only man that treated her well and made her happy. My husband is 4 years younger than me. And we get along beautifully. Just like my step-dad with my mom, my husband is the only man that has treated me good and makes me happy. My sister-in-law is 4 years older than her husband. And again, he is the only man that treats her good and makes her happy. So girl, go for it, and don't pass a good thing up because of old feelings of taboo. I use to think I would never get involved with a younger man. Sure glad my man changed my way of thinking!! Good luck to you and your man.

He is of legal age and you are not rubbing the cradle, if you want to sleep with him go ahead, in my experience 21 yrs old were not very good.

Once your past your teens 3 years is hardly an age difference at all. You have nothing to worry about.

I would give it a second thought, even though there's nothing wrong with it.
